Things You Should Know About:
I may ignore commission comments if they do not fill out the commission form that is located on the top of the page (it there for a reason).
When doing digital commissions I require a digital reference. If it is a traditional commission then either a traditional or digital reference can be given but don't complain if the colors are a little off.
Make sure you save onto your computer or portable device. In case something something happens to the original.
I have the right to cancel your commission if I feel I cannot complete it. Refunds will be given in that case.
By purchasing you are automatically accepting my Terms and are obligated to follow them.
As the artist I hold the rights to the finished artwork so I may use it in anyway I please. Which means I may post the artwork (with proper credit as owner of the character(s)) anywhere I want and I may use it to promote myself in any place.
As the commissioner you may re-post the artwork to other sites with proper credit to myself, print the art for your personal use, and use it to decorate your personal accounts. You CANNOT profit off of my work.
You are NOT ALLOWED to change, modify or use my works without my permission, make money off of my artwork in any way, take credit for the art, or remove any watermarks/signatures.
You may ask for a copy without a watermark/signature (if I put one on), however every piece will be posted.
I try to finish art as soon as it is possible for me. I do have a life and my own art that I work on so I cannot give an exact time but I'll limit finishing commissions within 3 months max.
Minor edits can be done to line art, color adjustments, or adding small details at the very end. (Digital Commissions Only)
Large changes will cost a fee if it requires me to redraw a lot of things (after the sketch phase). (Digital Commissions Only)
For traditional commissions you can only suggest changes when in the sketch phase (a note will be sent to you showing the sketch). After this phase changes can no longer be made due to me having to redraw the whole image over again.
100% refund available if I have not started. 50% if I've finished the sketch and have started the line art. No refunds after the line art is started.
